Introduction
What is Table Synchronization?
Tables are moved around to accommodate larger groups, maintenance and cleaning. When a single or multiple tables are moved there may be a misalignment between the physical floor map and the sensor digital map.
To fix this Ziosk Go has a feature using the Ziosk tablets to realign the physical table placement with the digital map location. These processes are useful when tables are rearranged, such as during nightly cleaning, as tables may physically swap positions resulting in table 11 being in table 10's position for example.
The Table Synchronization Process ensures that each table is correctly identified based on its physical location.
There are two methods to synchronize physical with digital tables numbers. : Single and Multi. Single is used for synching only one table while Multi is used for multiple tables.
How to Access Table Synchronization:
To access the Table Synchronization feature in the Ziosk Go app, navigate to the Sensors List page, and tap the Table Icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
