Publishing to Production

Step 1: Click Publish Now. You will see “In Progress” as the software package is prepared. Once complete, a red CANCEL button will appear. This will remain until the scheduled publish date. To view changes on the device after publishing, ensure locations are added under the appropriate content group

Step 2: Menu Sync on Devices
When devices are powered on any time after ~5:00 AM local time on the publish date, they will sync the updated Menu.

Once fully synced, devices will display the updated Menu.

Step 3: Coordinate with Customer Success
Remember to coordinate all publish dates with your Ziosk Customer Success Manager.
