Publishing Production Update to the Field
Publish Updated Experience to Production
After completing UAT, you’re ready to publish the updated Guest Experience to the restaurant(s).
Before publishing, you must copy the UAT experience to the PROD environment.
Step 1: Log In
Log in to the platform and navigate to the appropriate content group.
Step 2: Copy to Production
Click Copy to (located near the top center of the screen).
Step 3: Select Source Content Group
Choose the content group you want to copy from.
Step 4: Select Elements to Publish
Select all elements you wish to include in the PROD experience:
Brand Configuration
Playlist
Menu
Menu Categories
Custom UX
Day Part
Step 5: Select Franchise
Choose the franchise (brand) to copy to.
This will default to the brand you are currently working in, so no changes are typically needed.
Step 6: Select Target Content Group
Select the content group you want to copy to.
Step 7: Execute Copy
Click the Copy button (green, located in the lower-right corner).
