What does this screen mean?

This screen appears because the device is currently waiting to connect to a network or Wi-Fi before it can begin the setup process, also known as onboarding. The device needs internet access in order to continue, and right now, it hasn't been able to connect.

Think of it like this: The device is ready to get started, but it needs to be online first. Without a network connection, it doesn’t have the information it needs to move forward. That’s why you're seeing this screen, it’s basically the device’s way of saying, “I need Wi-Fi to continue!”
