Flashing or Blinking Light When Inserted into Charging Station

What do I need to do?

If the charging station is showing a flashing or blinking light when inserted into the charging station, you will need to submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to our team for evaluation.

From there, the battery will need to be sent back to us for repair and replacement.
