Error Registering Sensor Message

What is the Issue?

When registering a sensor, the normal process is to enter the sensor details and tap Register. In some cases, you may see an “Error Registering Sensor” message. This happens when the app has trouble communicating with the backend database where sensor information is stored.

What is the Solution?

Try the following steps:

Step 1: Tap Register again to retry.

Step 2: If the error persists, close the app and reopen it before trying again.
