Battery Does Not Charge

What do I need to do?

If your battery is not charging, ensure you first test other charging slots on the charging station.

Scenario 1:

If the battery cannot charge on a slot but is charging on other slots, please submit an RMA for the charging station as it will need to be repaired and replaced.

From there, the charging station will need to be sent back to us for repair and replacement.

If the battery cannot charge on any slot, you will need to submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for the battery for evaluation.
